I have tried to get in contact with the non-executive directors through the proper channels re corporate governance issues.

So far they have refused to not only call me but to write to me directly either.

The only response I get is through the Company Secretary.

The boot will soon be on the other foot when they need shareholder approval & have to present themselves to a general meeting. They'll have to account for there actions (or lack of them in their cases).

I'm sure the Australian financial press will love turning up knowing the hint of something unusual might be a foot ………………
