To be fair to the company they announced in March when they received notification as per their disclosure obligations. Today's announcement was because the federal government had made a public news release yesterday specifically about Ecograf which although old news is still significant. The government obviously take a few weeks from notifying the company to issuing news releases which isn't EGR's issue. I beat the company to it as I have RSS feeds from the federal gov in my my Outlook and see these coming through in real time. I'm glad Spinks isn't wasting his time screen watching like the rest of us.
