The way I see it, yeah an update would be nice, but so long as there are no fatal flaws that have suddenly arisen in developments which is highly unlikely given that the project has been financed to the tune of over $54 million, what's all the fuss? You LT holders never seemed to mind the lack of anns containing substance before when the SP was going up. Seems to me that there are agendas afoot and some are inadvertently fostering those self-serving agendas.
As far as the patent issue goes, its pretty obvious that lodging the necessary documentation for a full patent application is contingent on the engineering plans being finalised. EGR also won't be looking to financially honouring tbe agreement made with Christoph Frey for tbe SPG process until it is patented. That makes sense to me.
I take solace in the likely fact that management don't have time now to be answering every concern raised by its SH who need comforting. The money in the bank is enough for me not to worry too much about my investment in EGR. Grizzling and grumbling on the forum can only but hurt sentiment and the SP... and play into the hands of those who want the SP to go down. Capeesh?
