Hahahah I needed a laugh today as we sit here languishing toward mid July with no updates on multiple overdue fronts! You stated

Lets look at the period of most significant (only) SP growth over the past 10 years of EGR KNL

Jan -March 2021 Total 17 material announcements 16c to $1.00 plus
April 2021 - Date Total ZERO material announcements SP $1.00 plus to say 58c (below CR price!!)

The only time KNL/EGR SP has risen in it's history corresponds exactly to the when the company is actually communicating to the market.
LTers, Newcomers, poor bastards that bought in at $1+ on the promise of continued positive communication, and indeed our cornerstone investors that didn't buy in for the dividend all holders benefit from regular corporate communications ...especially when projects (multiple) have missed deadlines. Our IP...classic example.....

• shareholders here guessing about Frey agreement and what the royalty is
• guessing why our patent application has lapsed .
• guessing why supply agreements haven't been signed
• guessing why offtakes haven't gone binding
• guessing why there have been no further offtakes when there is a global shortage of our product
• guessing about why EFA is 2 months overdue
• guessing WTF is happening in Tanzania
• guessing where the plant design is up to
• guessing why the lease at Kwinana can't be signed
• guessing why environmental applications haven't gone in yet
• guessing why the phone doesn't get answered at a 200m MC company when a reception would cost so little
• guessing why we have no financials on our recycling mini plants but have a partner
• guessing why there has been zero update on the second plant location (noting that previously they enthusiastically spoke of plants in Germany/plants in SE Asia/Hubs of plants around the world...and none of those eventuated
• guessing how the shorters knew that for 4 months they could trash EGR's SP with ZERO risk to them
• guessing how it is they knew
• guessing what the devil that huge transfer last night was
• guessing why Andrew Spinks had to sell down his free EGR shares to pay for his Free EGR shares and in so doing causing the SP to drop below the CR price and killing recent momentum when indeed he could have sold some of his zillions of FYI shares with zero consequence to either company
• shareholder guessing as a result of Spink's abject failure to communicate to SH (well the market anyway....some holders would have us believe that he regularly communicates to them directly) was the issue that bedeviled this company for years and came very close to getting them a strike 1 on their remuneration plan...not once but twice

So yeah...LT holders do mind when there is no communication as no communication has only ever caused the SP to drop and good communications has only ever caused our SP to rise.

I personally would recommend to the Board that Spinks be moved to an operations role and a high profile SH savy mining executive be bought in as CEO to run this company up to and beyond its potential...ie as uni would say $2 plus ...indeed $5 plus if we had a great CEO not the poor communicator that we have
