Yes,some good points you have made.
Personally,I think they have too many projects on the go ,or in waiting.Too hard to value.
Also,I think they would be better off in selling out of all their investments and boosting their cash reserves.
Like you say,I think the market and analysts would take more notice of gir if they gave their all to their fe stuff.
