Communications - a missed opportunity

I am not a holder but watch this one with interest.

Bionomics is one of the few companies to release its quarterly report without a commentary included or in an associated release.

It is a curious omission and, especially following its capital raising initiatives late last year, makes one wonder whether they consider shareholders sufficiently and the need to apprise them of company developments.

It would be nice for management and the Board to keep shareholders fully and continuously informed.

I appreciate it is making a presentation in a couple of weeks, but this does not in my opinion relieve it of the duty to inform shareholders routinely and to do so on a quarterly basis is the norm.
