    It's a command economy. Any company that has hierarchy, that's top down bosses and workers, that is a command economy, where the workers find the means of production belonging to somebody else who they have to work for and who profits off their labour. Centralised or monopolised capital is the natural progression of capitalism where the end result of competition between companies produces a command economy of all the companies, but that's not communism.

    Communism is where the means of production are owned by the workers and where everybody contributes what he can and takes what he needs.
