There is so much misinformation about that little chapter of history, and the left wanted no association with it, so anyone born after the war was fed a heap of tripe. The Nazis (under Hitler) controlled 80 % of industry, and they even nationalised the banking system. There were a lot of ridiculously wealthy Nazis, at wars end, that may have been benefactors of these supposed privatisations.
