I would go much further than that -

I would say that political systems have diddly squat to do with violence --

it matters not what system you have -- it comes down to the humans who are in it and run it


as far as I can see there hasn't been one political system in history that has not had violence inside it's societies -


so, it matters not what system -- it only matters if there are humans in it
