dont know if you noticed mike but on the news over the w/end in relation to greece the imf declared that they must rein in spending and introduce massive cuts in all areas except 2 -
one was foreign aid.
stuff the locals - keep gouging until they bleed and then rip the heart out by funding a corrupt and useless un and tinpot dictators ad infinitum
perfect example of socialism at work
