thanks Happell, yes i remember and thats great that it's worked for you. im not saying outright that it doesnt work - i just don't think its as good as its hyped up to be. I've stated a fair few number of times my thoughts on why. And as for your knee OA improvement, i think most of the relief would be due to the loss of weight which is one of the best treatments. did PPS help the weight loss, or give you enough pain relief to do some extra miles on the treadmill? who knows. my point is that I don't think the trials have proven anything aside from some good pain relief so its all circumstantial that its anything more than that, which is where the pricing and commerciality lies in. my views
