guys make what you want of it to make yourselves feel better about it but what I've said is there is no statistical significance to these MRI results. Youve left out (either intentionally or because you just dont want to see it) is that the results showed a TREND on average of a reduction but even with the number of patients, failed to get stat sig. If this was a primary endpoint it would have failed. Have a look at the ranges of those results. PPS treated BMLs in the 3D volumes ranged from a 65% reduction to a 55% increase. likewise the placebo arms ranged from 41% reduction to 92% increase. Yes the averages were better but its a smallish patient set so these averages will vary wildly. Main point is that they didn't even show the significance intervals of these results as they were likrly not even close. Im just not looking into it as a fact like a lot of here (with obvious ramp intentions).
