Whilst PAR_008 may not be a definitive study allowing for immediate and direct DMOAD labelling it will most definitely influence 'the Deal' when it happens. There would be no logical reason for undertaking it otherwise and could in fact become a massive commercial milestone by itself in the Deal.
Cortisone injections are directly known to be associated with cartilage degeneration (google if for +5000 records), with the others tend to have indirect side effects (with some evidence of direct) that lead to accelerated cartilage and joint degeneration.
