around the world they in use in developing nations bringing electricity to remote villages, they're in use in isolated scientific projects in place of reliance on diesel, they're being adopted by advanced countries too, in the UK/EU and USA, Canada.
Instead of needing thousands of kilometres of wire strung from posts exposed to storms and trees and needing a lot of maintenance, the community hubs make a massive difference - more reliable electricity, less blackouts, less maintenance.
but you can continue paying gas fired energy prices if you want to... nothing to stop you paying 3x the community hub rate is there?
