Jake This plant has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the process or extraction of the tight shale that the majors are chasing in inland australia. I will explain it one last time. QER's process actually mines ( excavators and endloaders to trucks) to dig shale that is located only 5-10m underneath the ground surface. The Shale is then cooked and the oil extracted, cooled and split into various grades. It is completely different in geology to tight shale which is where all the attention on a global scale is at. If anything QER's process is very similar to the Oil Sand projects in Canada.
