If NSW Labor govt. did not refuse ERG MyZone 2 years ago, ERG T-Cards should be working in 2010, and only spend another $0.25 Billion. But NSW Labor govt. dump it at nearly working then redo it that present $1.2 billion benefit to US Cubic who made faulty of security Go Cards in QLD, that means your money could be transferred to another, delay 2 years and wast extra $1 billion transport cost.

This extra $1 billion transport budge should belong NSW commuters.
If NSW commuters could form a T-Cards Class Action to do ---
1. Against NSW Labor govt. present extra $1 billion benefit to US Cubic. Cubic should do it at same cost as $0.35 billion ERG T-Cards, or recovery ERG T-Cards at no extra $1 billion cost. Otherwise NSW Labor govt. officers, like Mr. David Campell are presenting commuters benefit to officers favour company.
2. If the T-Card Class Action be successful, Saved $1 billion should be paid back to NSW commuters as tickets discounts. If 1 million commuters spend $40 a week, The $1 billion extra cost means half years free tickets for them, $1000 per commuter.
