Quite the opposite .Maybe many do want the company to move forward in accordance with the understandings that were given to us when we parted with our money !
Not sure who you are suggesting are complainers , but it is only sheep that get led to the slaughter. You are about to vote for one or the other and your investment has dropped by 70% in about 6 months.
Of course the actions of the board should be analysed .
Not important to you ? well you either have too much money or hold little stock imo.
