I appreciate Xuan for leaking the report and for highlighting the amount of $40mill but it's the wrong section to highlight. He should have highlighted the section above it which states the scope Como were instructed to report on which is not a true reflection of the build costs.

Then reflecting on the true costs there was no legitimate reason to deviate from the PFS plan other than they thought it would be the quickest way to build it. Now the reports out there's really nothing left to do except wait. Clearly states closer to $50mill than $35mill from the DFS.

Forecast timeframe - in one interview i think it was with AM but could have been JK, he did casually state 12-18months. That timeframe never got put in writing though that I can see and I'll let someone else track that interview down but it's posted on here somewhere. DYOR
