    Seems the big issue is the land acquisition. Once they secure freehold over it the goal will be firmly in sight. Sounds like they`ve got an anti gazumption deal in place, or falling in place.
    Market factors to determine cap raising price in consolidation process.
    Plenty of time to sit back and let the market forces do its thing, study up and choose an entry point.
