Your No.1 is one of the sale metrics used in the IVZ slides.
Part of the problem there initially was the discovery straddled the border between Mauritania and Senegal and there was no cross border agreement in place.
Also like you say deep water.
That's all been sorted and the majority of the cost is in the form of free carry.
They are heading towards phase 1 completion but I think that has been delayed until next year.
