hopefully no injuries sustained. the general assumption is that this is the best you can hope for - having been through a similar experience i know that, even if you are fully insured, the extra hassle and overheads involved mean that you are put through a living hell while the irresponsible hoon simply breezes through it all

and we can only wish that the majority of working journalists would review their work and offer the same apologies that you have made
