There is no point going on about compliance and financial disclosures.

NTL has a shocking record when it comes to pen and paper.

However, in today's modern world strategy execution and compliance is so important. The current shareholder base does not seem too concerned.

So why doesn't everyone just let NTL get on and mine. And just agree that compliance and cash management is a little loose.
