hahahah RS The company got the money last time round and saying its cash loose is like calling the rotterdam girls nuns!!

This time it said it had all consents necessay to commence production and it appears by the silence and as last stated in its quarterly that it DOES NOT HAVE ALL THE CONSENTS TO MINE AND PRODUCE CONCENTRATE.

Usually one would have all consents for both the mine and plant and then raise funds to mine.
