Extract from update lodged by the company with the companies office on the 5th of August 2024 below (public document)

It shows Mr Uppertons shareholding moving from 10,188,333 shares to 12,000,000 shares a movement of 1,811,667 shares.
The shares were issued at .018 which means he contributed $32,610.01 as part of the capital raising.

It states on page 18

and director fees of

So Mr upperton has been paid $40,000 directors fees + $70,000 consulting fees = $110,000 in the last financial year.

He has contributed $32,610.01 to latest capital raising.
Make of that what you will.

Those director fees and consulting fees will have tax taken off them. That would leave him with circa $77k after tax. To put in $32.6k, which is effectively half of the after tax proceeds, is quite the statement.
