www.incomeinvestor.com.au/Dividends/ - you need to register for free to view the calendar. It's not bad
www.tradersnetwork.org/research_channel/calendar_book/ex_dividend.php - not a bad list. Not sure if it lists all companies going ex though?
www.dividendtrader.com.au - looks like it could be promising but the subscription to their weekly newsletter is broken which I've mailed them about
