So if i read this right and please anyone on the forum correct...

So if i read this right and please anyone on the forum correct me.  The company is offering a get out/parcel sale and is enthusiastically wanting to be delisted which needs to go to SH's? They seem...  to be 50/50 on pursuing other projects and just packing it in?  Does the BOD think they are too weak of a position to carry on or just lost interest now?
I for one am staying in as the cash out is a big loss and if you stay in you have maybe 50/50 chance or making money back or losing roughly the same as if you had taken the offer when they divide the assets later.

Did i miss anything ?
