Companies that list on multiple stock exchanges

Possibly a very n00b question and im very new to trading. But.

If a company lists on more than one stock exchange and raises a ton of cash for isssuing 'stocks', shouldn't that dilute the value of stocks issued on other markets the company has already listed with?

Example company ABC IPO on ASX and reached a 300 million market cap.
Then company ABC a few weeks later lists an IPO on NYSE reaching a 260 million market cap.

Company ABC has never been valued above 300 million but suddenly has a combined market cap of 560 million across both markets. Now if company ABC shits the tin shortly after and goes bankrupt seems like this would be a bit of a problem when investors from both markets try to salvage whats left?

I have no idea if this is how it actually works but thought i would ask anyway.
