The value of milk powder, butter and cheese exports reached a monthly record of $915 million in November, Statistics New Zealand (SNZ) says.
With crude oil also making a sizeable contribution, total exports for November were $3.3 billion, a rise from November 2006 of 18.4 percent.................
............ Petroleum and products exports were worth $185m in November, from just $3m a year earlier, with most of the increase from crude oil. November was the fourth month in which a recent increase in domestic oil production flowed through into export value."
These sales are almost entirely Tui. NZ is not exporting oil in quantity from any other oil fields in NZ.
