Given the appointment of a new managing director with a remuneration package that takes a healthy chunk from it's current income, tells me that a major restructuring of this company is on the cards.
Robert Swarbrick has come from a history of Ord Minnit, Novus Capital, Hartleys, and Citi group, and has been bought in to advance CES.
Still with 95 mil shares on the register and an operating coal company, the current SP is trading at a ridiculous level.
I continue to hoard shares here at this price........upside offers potentially a huge return if/when this comes good.
