Goarmy, if you think doomsday is really coming soon for this company, why not sell your shares? Low volume, but some have been jumping off the cliff at $12m market cap. Given the company's $8m cash in August presentation and given its other projects, esp. Torrecillas, exactly how is MUN going to meet its end in the near future, ie how is it going to fail to raise capital it may need? The statement you refer to is legally required if more capital may be needed but does not mean the risk is significant.
