Before then, did you notice how quickly that broker's screed was pulled from the website some months back when there were some early signs, well I say now "signs", guess without hindsight I didn't want to believe them...at my current peril.
I believe there is merit in jarg's idea of class action; rest assured CXN appointed Lawler's won't give a toss about us, and unless someone puts the spotlight on this tawdry deterioration of the "operation" over there it won't come to the ATTENTION of those it should.
Those who've come and gone (board) so quickly of late have all been bean counters have they not? I don't have much doubt, just too little proof, that there has been criminal negligence by management here, and if precedings to wind up can be delayed in order to establish if that is in fact so, we shareholders (ordinarily) of no hope for a distribution, may find ourselves elevated in the pecking order.
It is our capital carcass these vultures intend to feed off!
