    Sorry for those caught in this one, but I have to say the management did provide dodgy information to those that phoned them.

    Monark you were the the number ticket holder for these guys and your last post "Got tired of posting against negative ramps so suggest DYOR. I have. Been good not logging in to HC for over a week-objectivity restored."
