BUD's just gone to pains to say its refined its client qualification process to make sure the fit is better -so any leads need to be fed through that process. you may think the service would be useful - but BUD may not hat want particular business type as a client - or may not think a good business relationship will form even if the service would be useful
if something comes up between friends and good acquaintances where Bud or its service and products are relevant to mention - thats a different matter as bbq talk between friends.
when you start making recommendations in either direction is where you are crossing a line
no one should ever be taking on any appearance of representing BUD to X or X to BUD

It's just common sense - if you own a business yourself you wouldn't want someone who owns 0.1% in your company to speak on behalf of your company. No doubt you would listen to goldbear.
