Quite the opposite actually. Most companies want to show how "green" they are or brag about how much they care about the environment. Some of the biggest companies even spoke out against Trump pulling out of the Paris Climate Agreement.
I looked into Nestle briefly after the recent announcement and found they have a whole webpage on their website dedicated to discussing "Nestle and climate change".
