Your facts above are incorrect.
Participating in the offer (paying 0.007) vs buying E2ERB at 0.001 and then paying 0.007 are totally different. Especially if wanting to take a bigger stake.
Remember the underwriters won't have to "buy-in" and therefore definitely won't be buying E2ERB.
Current SP of 0.006 - I reckon a total of 1.5 million have been sold into - and pretty all at opening/closing auction.
E2E0 - currently 0.002 (barely any sold at 0.001). 2c ex price and 30 November 2019 expiry.
E2EOA - 1.5 ex price and November 2021 expiry. Using MV comparisons, I can GUARANTEE they won't be worth 0.001. If that were the case, the sell side of E2E0 would be stacked at 0.001.
And above are the FACTS taking emotion out of it.
I totally agree that it was a horrible raise - but that doesn't change any of the above facts.
If I had more $$ i would be buying E2ERB and converting.
