Not correct. The IPO is effectively a roadshow for NVA. No USA investor isn't going to do some due diligence on NVA and realise they can get Snowlake + Estelle for 250m AUD/181 USD market cap. If you are slinging money into the Snowlake ipo, why wouldn't you consider a punt on NVA.asx as well. Also, don't forget they have already had take over offers for snowlake, pretty easy M&A to buy a stake in NVA.
