If I was taking a punt on the date of the news and release from suspension i'd go with Friday if it's a really exciting development and bounds of upside.
AGM Monday - Friday release would give the market a whole weekend to digest the information.
Just my thoughts - but i'll be OS and unlikely have ease to market so good luck and I hope it holds
FWIW just for the XPE guys I punt accordingly and if it's a bomb I will forget about it and write off the money in about 30 seconds, you won't find my sorry ass running around crying tears and screaming revenge and apparent "warnings" to others because my investments suck
