Health Therapies Global - the previous distributor of Natshield (until Holista canned the contract) are now selling Virastan. Which is basically the same thing using Path-Away. Interesting. Now I have no concerns about HTG as they were good for something like $350k selling a natural sanitizer during a pandemic.

However..

As we know, Holista management are/have been straight-up useless. Their Natshield website has not been updated since May and does not even reflect the fact that it has proven successful against COVID-19 human strain. Useless.

I had been in touch with the company about a month ago who advised natshieldusa.com was down for a re-launch in a week or two. It still shows under construction. No urgency here.

Holista also advised that they were prioritising TGA to get the market for Natshield going in Australia but still were pursuing avenues overseas also. This should have been done a long time ago but TGA approval will still be massive for them and anyone that thinks the release of a vaccination will halt the importance of sanitary products for a long time yet are delusional. Especially with the growing number of looney anti-vaxers and minimal access to the vaccine in early stages.

Credit where it's due - The company appears much more professional since Eight Mercatus have been involved - and issues involving ASIC are all from many months before their signing. Announcements are mostly without typos and are on time. Granted they need to learn to announce a trading halt without a pause.

IMO - most if not all eggs are sitting in the M3 HVAC basket at this stage - and today's announcement is crucial to the direction of this company. Best case scenario we have something binding. Likely scenario - an MOU pending TGA. Worst case scenario - status quo or extension of current MOU.
