Company disclosure

Shareholders really deserve better disclosure:
- now is the time to declare the dividend (how can this be related to offer??);
- ATA is now almost a month late based on Feb timetable;
- is an unconditional offer really likely given delay after delay;

This is looking like a circus at the moment with no strength from the independents. Let's be clear their reputations are being badly tarnished by this...issue a cleansing statement on state of affairs, declare the dividend and tell these 'Jokers' to come back with an unconditional bid which in the last 6 months they have not been capable of.....protect your minority shareholders as is your duty.....
