From all accounts, ‘substantial shareholders got a call – self included. Was I surprised? Yes. Did I mind? Not, at all. I never perceived it to be an unsolicited scam. Suffice to say I did mention that his call immediately followed a scam call from a male ‘Indian voiced’ Telstra (BS) representative advising me of NBN connection issues. Needless to say, the conversation was kept short when I questioned his birth from wed locked parents and my suggestion that he should apply for a regular (non-scamming) job!

Focused around the coming AGM, I was fully supportive and encouraged by this unsolicited call. Well done SVL for 1. Being concerned about the ‘thoughts’ of holders. 2. Offering the chance to have a say / ask a question about the company. Well done SVL. It is gratifying to know that some ASX listed companies’ consider their shareholders beyond their back pocket!

We are in a ‘marathon’ race, not a ‘sprint’. Enduring in the name of the game and as long term investors in silver well know, survival and enduring is key to winning! ………….. and we all know that the finish line is getting closer, as is our victory!
