    I can confirm as TM has mentioned a few times on other threads , they are under investigation for few things , including misleading and underbelly take over stuff.
    ASIC have knowledge errors and have passed this matter onto a specialist force team , will get Announcement via COK soon, this is the info I got today via phone call today from ASIC .

    Avoid as things are about to get ugly imo.
