There is loads of value in this company if the transaction goes through. I'd even think of buying some shares myself! :D The company has said it will pay dividends, but one would think a share consolidation would occur before that, with 8.8b shares or whatever it would have. Chinese approvals to come, and there is quite a few of those. I think the market is concerned that the deal may not happen, but if it does, this company will be totally transformed. Capex of $90m needed- if no cash from the Chinese, FML will find it hard to raise that amount of cash with its current market cap.
