ECT is not in a position to promote itself atm. First they need to get some runs on the board. At this stage ECT is just about to achieve its very first milestone...ie VC agreement.
Once the VC agreement is locked in, and they can secure a few more partners, only then will ECT be in a position to do some promotion.
