Just reinforcing what @cad1llac is saying above,

I've been reading these SPA threads in the shadows for a while and believe SPA is grossly undervalued. Something needs to be done as management don't seem to be getting us close to the value we should be at, separating the role of CEO and Chairman is an obvious one that needs to be addressed, and that's not going to happen by chance.

I've already made contact along with many significant others.
