Hopefully any acquisition that they do will be with shares as this stock suffers from a lack of liquidity at the moment and we need Zijin's shareholding to be reduced to attract more buyers into the market.
More shareholders should help put the pressure on the board to start paying divi's as well, as this is what CEO Chen said they had the intention of doing once they got the debt down a bit.
