I just re read annual report, first and only priority is to give Directors as many shares as they can at bargain prices, there will be no spike before AGM. 1million+ shares each, there is a huge conflict of interest to get share price as low as possible before AGM imo.
Directors who have not brought 1 share on market, lost millions in shareholder wealth, delivered nothing but misleading statements over several years are linning thier pockets while screwing mum and dad shareholders with misleading announcements, they are the facts.
BUD IS A DUD, share price has only gone down and he has not purchased 1 share on market.
