I'm obviously only speaking for myself, but this is "knuckle time" as far as this investment goes.

The uptake of Vanadium has been patchy at best, and way below the optimistic levels bandied about in some quarters, and steel prices remain in the toilet.

Do I think VFB's will increase in usage - yes, but honestly, I feel we are still 4-5 yrs away from mainstream acceptance - the general 'retail' buying folk have next to no interest in Vanadium or associated companies.

The takeover is done, EPA approval is pending, the first battery project for a major buyer is displayed alongside Madeline King - the SP moves not a jot.

I've honestly reached the stage where 12 months of sideways and downward SP movement, of not an inconsequential sum - whilst seeing other apparently better options go begging - has made me set a pretty short time limit for sticking with this.

Honestly - I am pretty much hanging my hat on the fact that RCF need 4-5c to break even, to keep me interested in staying around to hope to make a small profit before heading out of this.

The last 12 months have been very very disappointing, to say the least, and the thought of consolidation and another CR to pay for this damn merger is just about the 'straw that broke the camel's back'.

A bloated board doesn't help for sure.
