Recent acquisition was a little high priced but the company is now the major player in it's BPO markets. Annual revenue will now be about $120m+ and what was a marginal business will now be a big profit earner medium term. Picked some up at 51c which is an all time low.
The company is stating publically $3-$4m synegistic savings from the merger but inside analyst are saying more like $5-$6m. The likes of Baycorp will likely now take an interest in this company for some corporate appeal.
