And you are really twisting yourself inside out to not see the story unfolding. Arguing that a comparison to a very old and very toxic drug is a reason to disregard any preclinical evidence? Progressing a clinical trial to a dose expansion is meaningless? Sheesh. You can lead a horse to water....
