    Check out the presentation on 29-Nov especially the New Ventures slide. These guys are looking to land some big fish via the JV with CMI and just missed a couple of big opportunities last year. According to the latest quarterly, current new venture negotiations are at a "very advanced" stage , so hopefully Rialto can reel in something significant this time.
